GRAVY INGREDIENTS
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- whole garam masala
- Onion (sliced) - 3nos
- Ginger Garlic paste - 4tbsp
- Tomato (chopped) -2 nos
- Green chilli - 8 to 10 nos
- Mutton -1kg
- Yoghurt (curd) - 1/4 cup
- Lime juice -2tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Mint & Coriander (chopped) - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
RICE INGREDIENTS
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Ghee -1/4 cup
- Whole garam masala
- Jeerakashala rice - 3 cup
- Boiled water - 4 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
GREEN CHAMMANTHI INGREDIENTS
- Coconut (grated) - 1/2 cup
- Mint & Coriander (chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green chili - 1tbsp
- Small onion - 3 nos
- Ginger - small piece
- Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
RAITA INGREDIENTS
- Yoghurt - 2 cup
- Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Tomato ( chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green chili ( chopped) - 2 tsp
- Ginger ( chopped) - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
